Pianist Lang Lang swapped tickling the ivories for poking a touch-screen at a concert in San Franciso recently, performing an encore on his iPad. The piano whiz whipped out the Apple tablet to play Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov’s “Flight of the Bumblebee.”
