NBC Debuts New Logo

As part of the Comcast takeover, NBC will roll out a new logo that conspicuously removes the iconic peacock of the old design.

The company will also be known as NBCUniversal—minus the spacing—but this will apply only “at the corporate level”, reports Mediabistro.

“Today we rolled out a new corporate logo, which is actually going to be used in a very limited way for corporate things,” said NBCUniversal chief executive Steve Burke to The New York Times. “The consumer’s not really going to see this logo.”
